Return and Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept returns of any unused items in sellable condition received within 30 days of original purchase. We will gladly issue a refund to your credit card or PayPal account depending on how you paid. We do not refund shipping charges.

We can also accept returns past 30 days, however these will receive a store gift certificate for the refund amount.

Refunds are issued within 1 business day of receiving your return. You will receive an email when we process your refund. Due to the nature of credit card processing it can then take anywhere from 1-4 business days for the refund to show in your account.

** Orders that received free shipping will have the shipping cost deducted from their return amount. **

** All returned Heat Presses and Cutters will be charged a $25 restocking fee. **

Defective machines need to be addressed with the machine manufacturer. We cannot accept returns on machines that have been used.

We do not exchange products. We have found it most efficient to have you return unwanted items and place a new order for the items you do want.
