Shipping Info

At iCraftVinyl, we know how important it is for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our staff works around the clock to pick, pack and ship your orders, and we take great care to ensure that your order arrives correct and on time. Please review our shipping policies below before you place your order. 

How long do orders take to ship out?

Our team of product specialists may require up to 72 hours (three business days) after you placed your order is placed to ship it out. We may require up to four business days for orders with patterned vinyl as these sheets are custom printed. This timeframe does not include weekends or holidays, as we have to give our fingers a break from time to time. Our ‘Sales’ and ‘Specials’ could take up to 5 days to ship from our facilities after your purchase, due to the influx of orders over a short period of time from the sales, creating a backlog of shipments we pack with care.

Please be patient. We want every order to be right and we are doing our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possibly, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it ships.  If you think there is a delay or issue with your order do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for an update. Any orders not received within 10 business days after shipment need to be brought to our attention. This may mean there is an issues with with shipping carrier. I'm sure everyone has experienced the shipping issues and changes since Covid changed our world. We are working with the carriers to ensure your orders are received on time and in perfect condition. 

iCraft Shipping Carriers 

We use USPS to deliver our orders to save on shipping cost for you. We also offer expedited shipping with FedEx. Expedited shipping applies only to orders with sheets size 12x10 and smaller. If your order includes sheets larger than 12x10 and you select expedited shipping, your order will ship with USPS. Please message our customer service team to request a refund of the shipping difference. 

What happens once an order leaves iCraft facilities? 

AFTER YOUR ORDER LEAVES OUR FACILITIES, USPS and FedEx are responsible for getting it to you in a timely manner. Typically, for USPS this is within 3-7 business days, depending on where you are located in the United States (international orders do not apply). For FedEx, orders typically arrive in 2-3 business days. Occasionally, USPS or FedEx loses an item either temporarily or permanently. If this happens to your order and it is been 10 business days since the order was shipped, we will work with you to determine the best solution to get your order back to you as fast as possible. Again, once the item leaves our facilities, it is in the hands of USPS and FedEx, and we cannot control their delivery times. Every order is assigned a tracking number which can be referenced on or, or through your tracking confirmation email you received when you placed your order. 

To be sure you get your order when you need it, please make sure you are placing your orders with enough time to be delivered. Remember, holidays and weekends are non-shipping days and not included in the estimated number of delivery days.

Order Tracking

Tracking numbers will be provided by USPS and FedEx, and can be found on the shipping confirmation email you receive once the order is shipped. You can also access this information through your iCraft member portal at in the login section

Shipping Rates

We charge a flat rate of $7.89 for shipping and handling for every order within the US. Free Shipping will apply on all orders in the United Sates over $140. Expedited shipping with FedEx is available at a flat rate of $10.50

Multiple Orders / Combining Orders 

Only one coupon code may be used per order. If you have placed two orders with two different coupon codes, we cannot combine your order. This causes delays and confusion in our fulfilment department. 

If you have placed an order and wish to add to it within 24 hours of placing the order, we will have you place the additional order online and we will combine both orders then refund the shipping on the second order. This is a courtesy for users who may have forgotten items or had ordering issues with the first order. 

Back Orders

If an item is on backorder or out of stock when you placed your order, we will ship you the part of your order that is currently in stock and automatically apply a refund for the missing sheets.
